Returns and Exchanges
What is TEXOLOGY SmartWeave Returns or Exchange policy?
Since TEXOLOGY will not resell shirts worn by other customers, we will not expect the customers to send back their TEXOLOGY shirts. TEXOLOGY’s Refund or Exchange policy is 50% refund or to be able retry the shirt in a different size for free, all you need to do is pay for the shipping. All Refunds will take up to 2 weeks to process.

To order a new shirt at a different size, please contact us at XXXXXX and we will provide you with a generated code at checkout, please allow us up to 3 days to get back to you.
Delivery Information
How long does it normally take to get my TEXOLOGY shirts?
Since we are totally against creating more wastage for our environment, we have chosen to make each shirt as Made to Order, please expect to receive your shirt in as long as 3 weeks.
For our Light Blue LXN (before our rebrand) SmartWeave shirts, you are in luck to catch the last batch of our Ready to Wear SmartWeave Shirts, and it can be arranged for you in no later than 2 weeks.
What are the delivery charges?
The shipping cost will be added to your order.
